LunaraVeil and its owner are NOT responsible for any damages, legal issues, or consequences arising from your use of this service. We reserve the right to take legal action against users who violate our terms or applicable laws.
NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any payments made to LunaraVeil.

- •No refunds for unused time or features
- •No refunds if features don't meet your expectations
- •Chargebacks will result in permanent account termination
By making a payment, you agree to this NO REFUND policy.
Data We Collect
- •Email Address: For account creation, verification, and important notifications.
- •Account Information: First name, last name, and profile data you provide.
- •Scripts: Lua/Luau code you store on our platform.
- •Payment Data: PayPal transaction IDs only — we never see your card or bank details.
- •IP Address: Collected at signup and login for security and alt-account detection.
- •Device/HWID: Collected from your browser for alt-account prevention.
- •Discord Data: Discord user ID, username, and avatar when you link your account.
- •User Agent: Browser information for security logging.
Discord Integration
When you link your Discord account to LunaraVeil, we collect and store:
- •Your Discord User ID (unique identifier)
- •Your Discord username and discriminator
- •Your Discord avatar URL
Discord linking is permanent and irreversible. Each Discord account can only be linked to one LunaraVeil account, and vice versa.
Alt Account Detection
To prevent abuse and maintain platform integrity, we employ an alt-account detection system. This system uses multiple identifiers to ensure that each user has only one active account.
- •IP Address matching: Accounts sharing the same IP address will be flagged as alt accounts.
- •Device fingerprinting: We generate a unique device identifier from your browser to detect duplicate accounts.
- •HWID tracking: Hardware-based identifiers provide an additional layer of detection.
- •Discord linking: One Discord = one account. Linked Discord accounts cannot be reused.
Accounts detected as alt accounts are permanently banned upon creation verification. If you believe this is an error, contact us on Discord.

We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking services. Your browsing behavior is NOT tracked or sold to advertisers. We respect your privacy fully.
User Responsibility & Liability
You are solely responsible for:
- •All content you store, upload, or share through LunaraVeil
- •Ensuring your scripts do not violate any laws or third-party rights
- •Not using LunaraVeil for malware, exploits, or illegal activities
- •Any legal consequences resulting from your use of our services
- •Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
- •Only creating one account per person
LunaraVeil reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who violate these terms.
Account Termination
Your account may be permanently banned for:
- •Creating multiple accounts (alt accounts)
- •Filing a chargeback or disputed payment
- •Distributing malware or illegal content
- •Exploiting or attempting to hack our services
- •Sharing or selling account access
Payment Terms
- •All payments processed securely via PayPal Friends & Family
- •Premium access: $2 (one-time, lifetime)
- •NO REFUNDS — All sales are final
- •Premium grants: 10 scripts, Discord Premium role, priority support
- •Chargebacks = immediate permanent ban + all data deleted
Your Rights
- ✓Access and download your personal data
- ✓Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- ✓Update your profile information at any time
- ✓Contact us for any privacy-related inquiries
Data Retention
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, scripts, sessions, and associated records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Banned accounts may have their data retained for security purposes for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
